Inorrectly Billed AGAIN!!!!
<p>I am now getting really tired of MTN... My service was suspended yesterday due to a short amount of R69,38. I have again been billed incorrectly. I logged a complaint a few months ago and received a response that a billing query has been logged with the reference number REQ: ********** . Nobody has come back to me yet! I am going to cancel this contract if this is not sorted. My one contract is R79 and the other R129!!! PLEASE RECTIFY THIS BEFORE I GO TO THE OMBUDS!!!</p>

Please be advised that the additional R 35.00 fee on the mobile number 071****615 is for the additional 100MB Data Bundle that is not part of the package which is why it is not discounted, should you wish to have the bundle removed please contact customer care on 808.
Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

28 Mar 2017, 10:37I do not have time to be calling 808, whereas they just refer me to the contracts department, where they never answer. You're speaking of an extra R35, I am being billed R69,38 extra!!!! Please don't give me standard responses. Sort this out or just cancel my airtime contract all together.
