VERY VERY BAD SERVICE..cancelled my contract and paid the cancelation fee and still my debit order is going off and *****ing my money

I've spent 1hour in the MTN shop in Witbank yesterday the 6th of May 2026 with MTN to cancel my contract and PAID the cancelation fee of R691 including the debit order amount for MAY 2026 and still they are taking my money with a debit order. PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE!!!! Comes down to *****ING my money!!!
