So after numerous phone calls and emails trying to deal with this issue MTN still sends me a email stating i owe them R4021.53 . This is after i paid the full amount to cancel my MTN contract. And everytime i get a response that they will escalate it with there retentions department.

You can escalate it as many times you see fit, but i will not pay another cent to you. You are *********** and cannot even do the simplest of tasks, as to update your ****** system. This is absolutely ridiculous and has been going on since January. You are truly worthless and useless. ***********.

Please can anyone at MTN, anyone competent enough deal with this
