Absolutely useless company with no customer service.

My elderly father has been trying to cancel his account since July as his contract had expired and they just decided to change him to month to month without informing him.

He finally got a reference number and cancellation date for September.

MTN have not cancelled this account and proceed to charge him for a service that he is not receiving.

MTN you will not be paid another cent. Get your admin in order and stop *****ing from the elderly.
