*****ing from an 81 yrs old lady!!!!!!!

I am writing on behalf of the granny I am taking care of....she had an MTN contract since the first contracts came out until +- 2017 / 2018. She subsequently cancelled the contract but MTN have continued to take money from her till today's payment...I found out about this now She has cancelled the Dt ord so many times at the bank..

Spoke to Corporate head office so many times because MTN branches in Bela Bela tells her they cannot do anything about it. This eqauts to about R15000 plus minus. She is 81 yrs old and I find it despicable that they cannot resolve this. They are *****ing from her...it is only after ai started reviewing her accounts that I noticed this. Wish somebody can help us sorting this out!!!!!!
