Information is important

You are there at your job to assist us for a reason. Don't give me half information when giving a contract then start bombarding me with useless information when I come to complain. Do it right the first time. Being at call centre and branch is the same thing especially since you are in one company stop pushing blame from one to the other it is stupid and selfish!!!! Learn to listen to your customer and not just talk over what she says. The contract ended in December but you keep debiting an amount we did not agree on??? Why am I not told that when the contract is up call to end it with us at the store??? When we start reversing as we know that the contract is up then you start blacklisting me and making my credit name bad. That was very poor service from mtn jozini 'Sphe' the way you respond and talk to your clients needs improvement of some sort, no matter how young or unimportant a person may seem to you they are still a client. And all clients are important no matter who or what they are
