Information incorrect
Why is that i pay for my services every ****ing month and every tome i want to send a mms or make a call, i get a notification telling me i have insufficient ****ing funds on both my contract phones. I am sick and tired af this pathetic non existing service.... Its not only lack of signal, it happens often

R1359.40 need to be paid to bring the account up to date.
Please note on the account you have a credit limit for R1500.00 the unbilled invoices for April balance has reached 90% of the credit limit the system will then suspend the line for outgoing calls. We have increased the credit limit from R1500 to R2100
We have placed the usage limit on line 08267 to R0.00 for the line not to be billed extra for calls or data. You may change the usage limit on the device by using the short code #141*5# (manage usage) or *141*0# (balance).
With MTN Active, you can manage your cell phone account online, quickly and easily. You can update your personal information, change your bank details and view your itemized billing at the click of a mouse. Please use the following link to gain access to MTN Active: https://mycontract.mtn.co.za/landing/registration/register.htm
You will need to register an online pin with the cellphone number on the by dialing *** and follow the voice prompts. If you do encounter any problems, please contact our MTN Active Helpdesk on 1761 from your cellphone.
