Inefficiency continues and still the staff get paid - they really don't care!!!

It has been more than a week now and still the upgrade has not been activated. Are MTN really that wealthy that they don't need money that this upgrade will bring them. I thought that going through Hello Peter I would get a reaction, clearly not!!
