Ineffective, ******* and inefficient MTN
On March 1 2018 I upgraded my contract with MTN and had to pay R149.00 per month. MTN has been charging me R401.00 since then. I complained to no avail, they gave me this REF: 1- ********** 1707 and nothing has happened so far.

You promised urgent assistance and a month later I am still waiting. You continue to cause me more inconvenience. Sies maaan! You are beyond redemption.
