Ineffective Communication Systems for ***** Prevention

I failed from contacting MTN to stop ********** contract with reference to a contract that is being taken under my name with out my consent (Identity Theft).

I have tried the 083135 number as directed but it does not provide for the reporting of ********** activities. I have additionally searched for a possible contact numbers to report the issue but have not found any.

I am surprised that a big company like MTN, in this day and age were online ***** is rife, does not have an effective way of reporting and preventing *****.
