Ineffective and poor customer support.

I wanted to open a contract for a deal online, firstly, the website breaks (flow and Logically) when going through the steps.

Then, after requesting a call from an agent and spending about 15 minutes on the call confirming information - the agent tells me that the do not do contracts witb my bank - which is a private bank and insist on using a different bank, to which I opted not to continue.

Why do you cut out a major South African & International bank's clients?

After all this, they still try to run a debi check on a previous account that I had and are in the process of closing - which I clearly stated to the agent.

Ridiculous, to say the least.

Definitely would not recommend purely for the fact of terrible processes and customer support.
