Theres an individual who is manning the MTN facebook page who signs off by the initials DN. Who is not only avoiding a simple question but is giving me information not related to my complaint in order to not help me. How does MTN appoint people who man their Facebook page. Kindly go and look at the chat in question, this DN refuses to help me.
