Most horrible service in my existence, poor, rediculous, unprofessional service

23 Jan 2026, 19:47I am so disappointed with MTN service. I app**** on Black Friday for a Samsung S25 FE phone contract that comes with a Free Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Everything was processed accordingly, the agent told me I qualified and proceeded with the application. She even asked me what color I prefer, I said blue and she said unfortunately the system only pick up they have black in stock and they have the Galaxy Tablet in stock as well. The delivery details was confirmed and an Invoice was generated and sent to me. So after a couple days with no communication I called to check in and was told my order was canceled due to no stock. I told them it's unacceptable and they wanted me to take the phone just with the tablet. I went to onw of their branches and one of the ladies advised once an Invoice has been generated, it means there is still a stock available of everything that was ordered. I am not happy with their service at all.
