increasing premium without a proper notification

my monthly premium was increased without a proper notification, while the actual contract still exist and i feel cheated by mtn because we sign a contract and the change without me been informed and i want to be refunded for my 3 month that their already debited incorrect money

Hello ivymabunda,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We can confirm from the 1st of April 2015 our rates changed/increased.

A general SMS notification was sent out to all MTN subscriber numbers on our system and we also advertised our rate changes on our blog. Please use the link below to view the information relating to our rate changes.
