Increasing my invoices & not getting back to me.
I signed a contract for R129.00 Top up, each month though my invoice increases- it is now standing at R150.00. I have been to the Langebaan branch several times and head office is not getting back to them on this issue but MTN is quick to send me an email saying I haven't paid this month! I refuse to pay until someone tells me why this amount keeps going up.
