Increasing my bill with no notification
MTN just decides on their own to put my bill up. My contract hasn't expired nor has anything changed, but they feel it's their right to just increase it and just not inform me about the increase. Try and phone in to find out why and you sit on hold for ages. Probably because everyone is phoning in to find out why their bills have suddenly gone up to. I cannot believe how absolutely disgusting their service has become and cannot wait til my contract expires so I can get rid of them.
