Increasing monthly payments , ignoring cancelation email, bad connectivity.

I'm using MTN home wifi and the network connectivity is horrible , can't even watch a movie without it buffering. The money keeps on increasing, I agreed to pay R295 but they debit R339 , when I send emails the ignore them . I sent an email for cancelation they don't even bother to respond . **** this ones
