increasing account bill
I have a cellphone contract with mtn the end date for the contract was November, and now there is an outstanding amount on the contract and now they say they cant stop the contract because of the outstanding amount. And now every month until i settle the account they will be adding the monthly premium where else the contract has been suspended I cant use the phone and now I will be forfeiting the monthly benefits but still will need to pay. I needed for the to stop the account at the outstanding balance it is standing at and I will settle the account when I have the money because currently I am unemployed.

We have escalated the complaint to the Retentions department to assist with the cancellation , even if the account is in arrears they have to assist you, we are waiting on the outcome.
Please be advised the balance is R 1,856.20, please make payment to the account to prevent for the account to be handed over to legal status. Try to make payments regularly to clear the balance.
