INCREASE IN MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
In January 2015 I signed a 24 month contract with MTN in Southway Mall, agreeing to a monthly deduction of R129.00 per month. In May 2015 the monthly deduction increased to R139.00 per month. I have e-mailed the Customer Call Centre on several occasions asking for an explanation for the increase, without avail.<br> I am yet to receive a response from the.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
There was a price increase in May 2015 for MTN contract customers. The increase affected both existing and new customers.
