INCREASE IN CONTRACT FEE
Since 28/05/15 I have been logging a query to explain a subscription increase - I signed a contract at a specific rate - why the increase ? No answer after logging numerous queries.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Please note that you are on an open line package. You receive R100 airtime, 50 sms and 100MB per month. However should you finish your airtime, sms or data before your invoice date, you will be charged over and above your subscription amount. Hence the variation of the monthly fee.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
