Incorrrect amount
I singed up for a month to month wifi for the amount of R269. I did pay the connection fees of R407 when I signed up in October for R269 now I get this huge statement of R 635.45 which I did not budget for. The amout of R407 is showing on my bank account but not on my statement. I just want to ask MTN how did you deliver the router if I did not pay online?

08 Nov 2024, 06:47Be very carefull when you do online shoping with MTN they do not take the money that you paid in considerdation they slap you with the entrie amount and they want you to proof that you paid them yet you sit with the prodoct. I send them my statement as I used my card. They do not even reply on this complaint
