Incorrectly debited...OVER AND OVER
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been having an ongoing problem with you guys ever since I signed up with you, now I must say I am far from happy about your services.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 17th of October 2016 I signed up for the Apple Iphone7 Plus 128GB on the 24 months My MTNChoice 100mins which is R 839 exclusive of the discount. Now the reason why I am saying exclusive of the discount is because I work for Multichoice and was advised that I will be receiving a discount of 10%,so my monthly debit order will be R 812.</p> <p>This I was advised by the agent I spoke from your cooperate call centre by the name of Bridgett. I have spoken to other agents including Itumeleng who was very helpful, but according to your company policy couldn’t help me because Bridgette the LOST SHEEP had to be the one who helped me with my query since she is the one who handled the query from the beginning, but the funny thing is that whenever I called and requested to speak to her she was never around.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now to cut a long story short I received my phone and was advised that my first debit order would include the pro rata as well as the monthly fee. So the amount that was debited from my bank account on the 23rd of November 2016 was November for R1162.05.</p> <p> </p> <p>The problem didn’t stop there, because come December and January R 954 was debited from my bank account , instead of the R 812 that I was advised by your consultant will be debited.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am highly disappointed in the bad services I have received from the MTN staff, I have sent an email to ********** which I was advised to do after having called the ********** number but yet again got no assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now please can you have someone call me to resolve the issue and refund me my HARD EARNED MONEY, that you have been debiting incorrectly.</p> <p> </p> <p>My contact number – ********** 994 and email address – **********
