Incorrectly cut off every month.

Every month we pay before the required date sent to us via SMS. And every month we get insulting SMS to pay, then get cut off having to go to a branch to resolve this. My main number conteact is up for renwal, you constantly phone trying to get me to renew it. Sorry its time we after decade's part ways. I won't be renewing a contract and as each of our phones become up for renewal they wont be. Cheers.
