Incorrectly charged - no feedback!!!
I have been incorrectly billed. My invoice shows about R600 should be taken off my account, yet they took off R934!!!!! I went to nearest MTN shop and they logged the query for incorrectly charged ref *** and I still have not heard from MTN! R300 is a lot of money which I need for the month!!
