Incorrectly charged

I lately get charged a different amount every month. It doesn't help to phone and get a reference number and told that it's been sorted out, because you get charged your incorrect invoice amount no matter what. Most of the time their systems are off line as well. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can go elsewhere.
