Incorrectly black listed
To my dissatisfaction with my account being suspended and staff being on strike with no answers or help.help . till this day nobody from mtn contacted me give feedback til I got a call from collectors today,I manage to gt hold of contracts m in arrears for R2100, however the consultant advises me the upgrade was not approved in the system neither was my d/o updated resulting to my account being handed over incorrectly as the fault was on their side and they will fix it and that's suppose to make me feel better m glad I have a call recorder on my phone my credit ratings for messed up a Dall I get is a sorry...I will be escalating ththis.

We've now perused the account and see that there is a problem with the line going active on the network and we've now requested our back office to reactivate the SIM card ASAP.
