INCORRECTLY BILLED
I am on a top up contract with MTN, this month I was billed almost R700 extra.<br> I called MTN on 03/08/2015 at 12:10PM to request a refund. <br> <br> I have now received an SMS from MTN that I will not be refunded, but my limit has been increased (not only this, the English in this SMS is so poor, I can barely make it out.)<br> Copy of SMS Below

Kindly be advised that the package that you upgraded to the MTNChoice 100 minutes including 300MB and 200SMS bundle open contract. The data bundle provisioned was exceeded hence you were billed for packet switch data calls. You were also charged for international calls and sms because the 100 minutes included on your package is for national calls only.
The system shows that on the 3rd of August 2015, the Subscriber Usage Limit was activated on your account, capping your account to not exceed your monthly provisioning hence you were sent the sms.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
