incorrectly billed

I have a very big problem with MTN South Africa and I have written some reviews to hellopeter hoping that i will get help,,,unfortunately i didn't receive any help whatsoever. I have been incorrectly billed MTN and now they want me to pay for something that I have already paid for. Please help me,,,,
