Incorrectly being billed and affecting my credit breau

MTN , is ****ing me off, each month they take out Double installment when i only owe R159, iN DOING THIS I only keep R200 in my account, and when they double charge it puts pressure on my account, as they cut my services then i must go to the bank and pay, i called on numerous occasions, but my query is never solved

If this persists i can no longer do business with a useless network that is trying to rake up money for what they lost in other countries
