incorrect upgrade
I just got an upgrade 2 months ago. The guy at mtn asked me if i want an open line or top up 200. I advised top up. I saw the new contract saying TOP UP 200 and signed it. What does top up mean? When your airtime is finished u can load more airtime. That's what I wanted. Fine the 1st of April, MTN debited R298.00 which I don't understand coz my new contract suppose to be R379.00. 1st may they deduct R619.00. How the **** did they get that amount if my ****ing contract is TOP UP??? I am very angry and confused. I then called mtn call center and they told me that my number is an open line WDF. I didn't want that??!!! Now I must go to mtn and waste my precious time to sort this **** out when it was a MTN error.
