Incorrect update on my ITC

My sim only deal was paid up 2 years ago, and you updated my ITC to say I'm in arrears. I called and sent emails and no one wants to assist. They asked to pay but then Iafyer I payed they are refusing to send me a paid up letter and to update my ITC accordingly.
