Incorrect SMS provision received

I upgraded to an iPhone 6s on a mtn 100 my choice deal it consists of 100 minutes, 200 SMS and 500 mb of data. This morning Monday 8 Feb I only received 60 sms instead of the 200 sms. I did however; already have 740 sms from my previous month. I pay for these provisions. I had the same problem in Dec where I received the incorrect provisions. Please can you not make this a recurring matter where every month I have to check that I received the correct provisions for the R420 that I paying for this contract. I cannot believe that this is the 2nd month that I have to make another compliant about the same issue.

Please take note that the 200 SMS has been activated on the account 10th of December and you have received 187 prorate SMS. For January month you have received the full 200 SMS.
