Incorrect product

I saw an mtn advert back in 2021 about a sim with data for 199 pm, i immediately responded and someone called me saying they from mtn, i told them that i have a huawei router at home so am looking for a sim that i can buy a portable router for so i can use when not at home, then they said they will deliver it, whsn i got the sim it didnt work and i called the same number to ask what was wrong she said it needed activation then she asked if im using it at home as it can only be used at home.. I explained to her that i told her i specifically wanted something for when am not at home.. I went to mtn to cancel to my suprise they said it was not them its 3rd party.. Now am blacklisted for a product i never used let alone even activated.. Pls clear my name cause its mtn who blacklisted me
