Incorrect phone delivered 3rd consecutive time
<p>I'm at a loss for words. I recently upgraded one of my contacts with MTN - they delivered the incorrect phone in November, and today, after a battle, they delivered the incorrect phone once again. I cannot believe the incompetence of MTN & their supplier - Summer Mobile. Absolutely disgusted at this service. I will never recommend you to anyone.</p>

This pre written response is not good enough. We've been promised that this will be sorted out by numerous people within MTN. I don't have any confidence in you. Delivering the incorrect phone 3 times in a row - and taking months to sort this query out is UNACCEPTABLE. How are you even in business?
