incorrect phone blacklisted!!!

As per my previous complain mtn blacklisted the IMEI number and have been fighting with customer care from the 18th of January 2015 to have my phone unblacklisted. On the 13th of February I was told that my phone was unblacklisted and would work in 72hours. the phone was switched off for the 72 hours as requested. TODAY 25.02.2015 my phone still does not work and according to Vodacom is still blacklisted. error code: device not allowed mm#6. I have reported this every single day to customer care and no one wants to help me! I am paying now for 2 months for a phone that I can not use. MTN needs to catch a wake up and sort this out immediately!!! if not they can keep their phone and SHOVE it !I want this contract cancelled and will never consider MTN AGAIN!! they are the worst network when it comes to signal and now to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
