Incorrect packaged I was signed for

Kgosi Moiloa from MTN direct signed me and my colleague on the wrong contracts. I have never dealth with such incompetence in my life,such disregard of customer service and client satisfaction. The whole contact centre has no cencept of accoutability, I have been dealing with a bunch of bufoons who did't want to assit but instead were very corky and arrogant. We took new contracts for Galaxy A5 for anytime 200 top up as per the one advertised on the website in October. So we called Kgosi and he was very quick in writing us up however after that we encountered endless issues. We called in him and he promised he would fix it and he even sent us emails saying it was sorted meaning we were put on the right package of the any time 200 top up. I spoke to Gloria who as well promised her team leader will listen to the call and get back to myself and colleague and till today nothing. Today I just spoke to some twit called Samuel who made me hold for 10mins to tell me that Gloria was on lunch when I asked to speak to his team leader he said he wont go call her since he can see she was in the meeting and my problem didn't warranty her attention.
