Incorrect Package linked to my contract & overdebting as well & appalling service on complaints

MTN sales service provider sold me a data contract that was on promotion. To only see that I was over debited. When calling in it was noted that they upgraded me to MTN made for me contract which I did not agree to. I logged queries on 11/05/2020, been following up almost every day, speaking to min. of 5 consultants, pushed from 1 department to another with no resolution. I asked for my query to be escalated to management, this has been done thrice. I was told to email *** as well as the consultant doing this, supposed to have received feedback within 7 hours, still no resolve. This service is appalling, you can link me to the incorrect package, take more money than your should but you don't have the decency to provide me with a customer service. I am now needing to resolve my own complaint by calling their sales department for a contract I was meant have apparently received. Why don't I just do all your work for you....
