incorrect package issued
I took a contract of 2 phones at MTN Kings Rd Pinetown, a Samsung Tab 3 and J1 Mini for MyChoice 50 to pay R250 however the consultant by the name of Sbongiseni Sithole gave me a wrong package of Mtn skymedium with unlimited calls and so on... and i inquired that they must sort it out. i have been going there for the whole year lat year with no help even from the manager who does not even stay in Pinetown. Last year I wrote a review here and they promised to get back to me but never did. This is frustrating because I will be left in Debt for someone else's mistake.
