Incorrect legal action due to incorrect account and unrelated account linked to my name due to same surname. *( Ex Tribelhorn)

No response received on the following matters and it has not been resolved. Unresolved since my initial query on 7 Dec 2017. Account A **********

I am being linked to a business account for a person who's son I was married to. She passed away and now this account is some how associated with me by reference of surname.

The owner of that business (Flowers 'n Things) passed away. The outstanding must be recovered from the Estate/Executor. The account was in her name/Business name NOT MINE. Her son took over the business. I am not associated with them in any way. Change my surname back to my ****en name due to the irresponsible actions from Ian Tribelhorn.

I have been battling since 7 Dec 2017 to get this resolved. How can they hold me responsible when my account has been paid every single month?

Owner was Annette Tribelhorn (ID ********** 035082) she passed away on 24 Aug 2012, her son Ian Tribelhorn ( ********** 076087) took over the business. His brother Wayne is the Executor.

I cancelled and transferred that cell number to Flowers and Things in 2012.

Been emailing customer services, customer care and Legal department and nothing has been resolved.

Surely I cannot be held responsible for other people with the same surname NOT paying their accounts?

I am very disappointed since I have been a loyal customer of MTN for the last 21 years. My contracts will be terminated when they are due for upgrade! BAD SERVICE MTN!
