Incorrect laptop and price

The exact same thing happen to me with the incorrect laptop was delivered and nobody is responding to the emails plus calls made to them. I am paying R399.99 for a laptop advertise for R299.99 .Due to circumstances for my daughter needing a laptop for college and being a single mother I think its very unfair and dishonest.They a big company misleading the working class like this.Please help.
