Incorrect Invoice & Statement
My Invoice number F*** dated 21 Feb 2016 is incorrect and does not take into account any package discounts, thus it is overstated. The statement for the same period does not reflect this invoice at all. This contract has been in existence since July 2015 and has been correct every month ....so why now. This is the 3rd time in a year that I have had problems on my account...why must I do their credit control for them it is so annoying. Surely once a 24 month contract is loaded on their system it should run without problems for 24 months. Someone must be messing with the system.
