Incorrect information received from Call centre
I have requested for my phone to be unblacklisted on the 10/11/2015. The service agent informed me to switch off the phone and switch it back on after 2 hours. I did as told, but now my phone is not working, i am not informed by Nobuntu Ngema that the phone is damaged and i need to go to an MTN store. I unfortunately feel this is an inconvenience and why must i suffer because of incorrect information supp**** by your call centre agent. I am now phoneless after recovering my ****** phone. MTN service though, you guys should just close doors if you dont want to assist us instead of giving *********** officials to assist resulting in losses to customers.

Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have called you, on voice mail.
Please be advised that once the handset has been un-blacklisted the handset need to be switch off for 72 hours and not 2 hours. Not sure what you mean by the phone is damage.
Please take the handset in to the MTN store to assist you with the assessment, take with you the proof of purchase.
Kind Regards,
Alice van der Merwe
