Incorrect Information Provided

I opened up a home internet month to month contract yesterday at the MTN Gateway Store with Pumzile Rabede. I specifically told her that I want to use the home internet as my back up and my company requires a speed of at least 10mbps. I only need the back up router for 2 mins and I will only use it for my audit unless my Fibre line has an issue. She assisted me to open the contract and I made an upfront payment of R433. Today, I tested the internet speeds today. The download speed is 10mbps but the upload speed is between 1-3mbps. I phoned MTN and the consultant said that the speeds are not guaranteed. Pumzile did not advise on this. I tried contacting her but no one answers the phone number provided. I really need this matter to be sorted out urgently as I have an audit on Wednesday. If the speeds are not guaranteed and can fluctuate why is there such a big speed difference on the upload speeds. I should rather use my normal data as the download speeds are between 15-20mbps and the upload is 1-3mbps. Please contact me urgently.
