Incorrect information bad service #MTN

I have been trying to cancel one of my contracts from last year August. I was told that the contract for one of my numbers is ending this year in February 2025. This was incorrect information as I was told today my contract ended on the 22nd of August 2024. I was billed for 4 months incorrectly no one from MTN wants to take the fall, this is not acceptable I want my money back.
