incorrect information

I took a contract with MTN towards end of 2012. it was blackberry.i was paying it well until i complined to them with my bottons not working and they said they cannot fix them. towards the end of my contract i could not pay two months. i tried calling 808 number with no luck i could not find them. i tried several months because when i go to the mtn store they tell me its the only number i can call because my account is been handed over to the legal department. eventually i gave up on the 808 number and tried the email. on the email with luck they responded, and i asked them how much i should pay to settle my account. they told me its R1042.20. then i asked how should i pay it and they gave me an mtn account number. after i made a payment in that account, then i asked for settlement letter, they say i ddint pay, and anyways my account is with norton lambrianos attorneys. i have to talk to them with regards to payments. i called the attorneys and they gave a new amount to pay. and i made an arrangement to pay them, but i want the money that i paid in to mtn account number, they gave me a false information, i could tell me that i was handed over to the ecxternal attoneys before i pay.
