Incorrect goods delivered and misleading client.

In June 2015 I ordered a cell phone on MTN summer mobile, at first they told me too many stories keeps on changing them about the benefits that comes with a phone until I decided not to go ahead with upgrading, but they went ahead with it. I then decided its ok but I didn't know the different between the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 since I have never seen these phones live. They delivered the phone I was happy to receive the phone and I didn't not take note that it was not the iPhone 6 that I ordered but it was iPhone 5. I had just recently find out that I am paying for something that I am not using and when I tried to call them Thandi Madikizela told me that how can I come and tell them they gave me a wrong phone after four months and when I tried to explain to her what happen she made a joke of me and she was shouting very badly at me until I asked her why was she shouting at me and she said I am not shouting. It could be my fault that I did not know the phone I ordered as I have never seen it live, but how did they pack the phone that do not belong to me and not notice it where is the one that belong to me how come they never picked up to this date or they were trying to ***** me.
