INCORRECT FINDINGS

I have an Aqua contract phone with MTN which is both water and dust proof. The phone could not charge and therefore could not be switched on.<br> I then took the phone for repairs on the 7th of Dec after numerous feedback requests I was only advised today that the phone has been in contact with water.<br> That I a blatant lie as that phone has never been in contact with water, and this shocks me as it is water and dust proof. The phone is less than two years old and is still under warranty<br> I am being advised that I now must pay R330!!!<br> <br> MTN must not try to exhort money from its clients.<br> It's a LIE that the phone has been in contacted with water and I have been waiting for that phone for over three months now.<br> <br> That is a breach of contract from MTN's side.<br> Instead of repairing or replacing my phone, they tell this unfounded lies.<br> <br> I demand my phone soon or I will be stopping the debit orders with immediate effect
