Incorrect end of contract billing

My contract was due for cancellation on the 18th December and I called after the 18th to cancel and it was not cancelled ,then I sent an email and someone called to assist me to cancel. I was surprised when I received the invoice stating that R1365 will be debited from my account which I don't don't understand. Can this be fixed account number A*** Billing account BA***
