Incorrect discount loaded

Clinton the manager was there when I signed up. I supp**** the relevant documentation for me to qualify for a 16% discount as I work for the auditor general. Only 6 months after I signed up for the contract, was a discount loaded. My payment is now R445.80 instead of R469. This is however not a 16% discount as agreed with Marvin and Clinton from the mtn store in canal walk.
