Incorrect devices delivered

I upgraded to an iPhone 14 pro max and added an apple series 8 watch and the incorrect phone and watch was delivered. The documents sent to me had the correct devices. I have called MTN direct and all the consultants do not know how to assist or understand how to do their jobs. I have been a loyal customer of MTN and this is the first time where I experience such pathetic services.
